SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

This policy explains our position on subscriptions and recurring charges, and how our free email newsletter works.
NO PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS
Ella Monterey does not currently offer paid subscription products, memberships or recurring subscription services.
Every purchase you make from us is a one-time transaction. We will never enroll you in a recurring plan, a trial that converts into a paid plan, or any other automatically renewing charge as part of a normal order.
If you ever see a recurring charge from us on your statement, it is an error or unauthorized activity. Contact us immediately at info@ellamonterey.com and we will investigate and refund it.
IF WE INTRODUCE SUBSCRIPTIONS IN FUTURE
If we begin offering subscription products, we will update this policy before those products go on sale, and we will follow the rules that apply to automatically renewing offers in the United States, including federal law and state automatic renewal laws.
That means that before you are charged, we will clearly disclose the price, the billing frequency and the renewal date, obtain your express consent separately from the rest of your order, send you confirmation of the terms, and give you a simple way to cancel online that takes no more steps than signing up did.
EMAIL NEWSLETTER
You may choose to subscribe to our email newsletter, which includes updates about new arrivals, special offers, sale events and store news.
The newsletter is free. Subscribing does not create any payment obligation and does not sign you up for anything else.
We send marketing emails only to people who have subscribed, or where otherwise permitted by law for existing customers. We do not buy email lists and we do not sell or rent yours.
HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE
Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click is enough, and we do not ask you to log in, give a reason or complete a survey.
You can also unsubscribe by emailing info@ellamonterey.com. We process every opt-out request promptly and in any event within ten business days.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping updates and replies from customer support, since these relate to orders you have placed.
TEXT MESSAGES
We do not currently send marketing text messages. If we introduce them, we will only send them to customers who have given express written consent to receive them, message and data rates may apply, and you will be able to stop them at any time by replying STOP.
